It depends on licence — that's why we require active confirmation per import. Schools covered by a collecting-society agreement can import from many publishers; public sources (gov.uk, BBC Bitesize cite-only, etc.) are typically free.

How long do you keep the audit log?

Import logs are part of the school's processing record under GDPR Art. 30 and follow the school's retention policy (typically 3 years).

Does it work on pages behind a login?

No — Firecrawl only fetches publicly available pages. Publisher content behind SSO runs through our dedicated Publisher import.

Can I edit after import?
