What happens if only one parent signs?

The system marks the consent as 'partial' and blocks the accommodation from being implemented until both have signed — except in emergencies where the school can document a professional basis for acting.

Can parents withdraw a consent?

Yes. Withdrawal is logged with date and staff are notified automatically. Existing accommodations pause and can't continue without a new signature.

How long are consents retained?

5 years after the pupil leaves, per Danish archive-law minimums and Danish DPA guidance (2023). After 5 years the consent is anonymised but metadata about its existence is kept for the audit trail.

Can I export one pupil's full consent set?

Yes. Export to PDF or CSV per pupil — ready for both the school's record and the parents' own copy (in line with administrative-law access rights).
