Storygames — interactive branching learning journeys
Teachers build branching narratives with choices, consequences and embedded tasks. Pupils play them on tablet or laptop — and every choice is captured as data leadership can review. Built for English, citizenship, ethics and PSHE.
Branching with consequences
Each node has 2–4 choices that lead deeper into the story. Endings unlock based on the pupil's decisions.
AI starter template in 60 seconds
Describe the topic (e.g. 'bullying in year 6') and the AI drafts 8–12 nodes you can fine-tune.
Play solo or in small groups
Pupils play alone or the teacher projects the story and the class votes on the next choice.
Decision data for leadership
School admin sees which choices the class made, average play time and where pupils tend to 'fail'.
Replay, Step back and Localised ending
Pupils can restart or undo a choice. Ending text is localised to da/en-GB automatically.
Built into school documentation
A completed storygame counts as documented teaching — relevant for inclusion and parent dialogue.
In the classroom
English teacher
Builds a storygame about bullying where pupils follow a protagonist and choose for themselves — then the class discusses why.
Citizenship teacher
Has year 9 negotiate a bill as different politicians. Endings show the consequences of each path.
SEN coordinator
Uses storygames to rehearse social decisions — the pupil tries the scenario five times without real-world cost.
